Jack has been beneficial to me and i think it will be beneficial to many others. One of my biggest takeaways from the course was cementing my understanding of operating leases. previously, my main focus had been on finance leases, so I didn't really dive into the nuances of operating ones. But I'm glad I had the chance to really work through them and understand how they're handled differently, especially when it comes to how direct costs are treated in an operating lease.
